New Showroom Safety Protocols – as of 5/26/20
Dear Friends of The Light Center,
You may have seen that we will be reopening our showroom doors today. We wanted to send you a sincere thank you for supporting our small business during this time. These have been challenging months for our business and we have been blown away by your continued support. We are so thankful for our community!
I wanted to personally reach out to update you on what we are doing to care for both our employees and our clients during this time.
Our plan is as follows:
Appointments are highly encouraged: Though our showroom doors will be open, we are still taking many protocols to ensure our employees and clients remain safe. We will only be allowing 10 people inside the showroom (including staff) at a time. It is our sincere ask that you make an appointment prior to stopping by. We don’t wish for you to wait in a line upon arrival.
Call Ahead + Enjoy Easy Order Pick Up: If you already know what you’re looking for give us a call before you head over; let us know what you need and when you’ll be arriving. You can stay in your car when you arrive and we will bring your order out to you.
Order Online + Delivery: Much of our inventory is available online and our customer service representatives are available for a live chat during our business hours. If online ordering works for the project you have in mind, visit our online store here.
Your health comes first: We are encouraging everyone to wash their hands, socially distance, and follow best practices to protect the health and wellbeing of themselves, their family, and our community at large. We are requiring all customers to wear a mask when they visit our showroom.
In addition to these steps, we will be monitoring the latest information including recommendations from the CDC and State of Colorado and doing our part to stop the spread of this disease.
We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our clients, team, and community are of utmost importance to us and will continue to be our north star as we navigate the road ahead.
